COMMERCIAL · DISCLOSURE

Money should never be hidden inside the editorial.

Neural Critic may eventually use advertising, affiliate links, sponsorships, or other commercial partnerships to support the publication. When that happens, readers should be able to tell what is commercial and what remains independent editorial.

Current status: Neural Critic’s commercial infrastructure is being prepared, but no advertising network is enabled through the site’s monetization layer at this time.

Editorial independence

Advertising, affiliate revenue, access, or sponsorship does not buy a favorable review, score, recommendation, headline, or editorial conclusion.

Commercial partners should not receive control over independent editorial coverage simply because a business relationship exists.

Affiliate links

Some future links may earn Neural Critic a commission if a reader makes a purchase after following them. When a link is commercially affiliated, the site is designed to mark it as sponsored and to disclose the relationship where it matters.

A product or game should not be recommended solely because an affiliate program pays a higher commission.

Sponsored content

Paid or sponsored material should be clearly labeled as Sponsored, Paid partnership, or equivalent wording near the content itself.

Sponsored material should not imitate an independent review or hide the identity of the commercial relationship.

Advertising

Display advertising may be introduced later. Neural Critic’s implementation is designed to keep ad loading separate from editorial rendering and to reserve stable space when ads are enabled so advertisements do not unnecessarily shift the page while someone is reading.

Advertising should remain visually distinguishable from editorial content.

Review access and copies

Receiving a review code, preview access, event access, hardware loan, or other publisher-provided access does not guarantee positive coverage. Relevant access or review-copy context should be disclosed when it could help the reader understand the review.

Measurement and privacy

Commercial click measurement should collect the minimum information needed to understand performance. Neural Critic’s current analytics configuration keeps advertising storage and advertising personalization signals denied.

For details about site measurement and consent controls, see the Privacy page.
